Track Management:All of the track information statistics

Track Task

Click the red sample of "Click to enter the track dialog" to enter into the track task interface in the "Finished Task" page of the task management interface.

 

There are three pages:Summary、Reading Statistics、Hyperlink Infor

1.Summary Page


There are five areas:
"Mail Information"
There displays the Task Name,Title,Start sending time,Finished Time,Save Path information.

"Summary"
There displays the total counts of sending,successful counts,read counts and percentage,hyperlink clicked counts.You can click "Reading Statistics" to enter into the detail page;
Click "Click counts:Check" to enter into "Hyperlink information" page.

"Graph of reading infor in most recent 30 days"
It can statistics the total counts of reading and users(Independent reading) in recent 30 days.

"Graph of 24 hours reading infor in recent 30 days"
It can statistics the user's reading information per every hours in the past 30 days.

"The pie chart of the hottest hyperlink be clicked."
It will display the hottest five hyperlinks information.

"The pie chart of sent mail"
It will display the proportion of sent successful and failed.

2.Reading Statistics


Generalization

The list displays the completion information of the task,the explanation of the professional noun are:
Send successful—The total address counts of sending successful.
Send failed—The total address counts of sending failed.
Total reading counts—The total counts of the mail had been read and opened.
Total clicking counts—The total clicking counts of the hyperlink had been clicked by the recipients.
Independent read count—The total counts of the mail had been read by the recipients,one person only record one time.
Independent click count—The total counts of the hyperlink in the mail had been clicked by the recipients.

Detail
The list display the user’s information who read the mail,you can sort it by clicking the title
Click the "Detail",it will be display the hyperlinks detail statistics information of recipients.


Export Data


You can export all of the data as a text file to your computer.

3.Hyperlink Information

This page disport into two areas:The table area and the mail content’s preview area

Table Area
The list display the click information of the hyperlink in mail content.

The explanation of the professional noun are:
Clicking count—The total counts of the hyperlinks in the mail,which had been clicked by the recipients.
Total clicking count—The total counts of all the hyperlinks had been clicked by the recipients.
Independent clicking count—The counts of the hyperlink had been clicked by the recipients,one person only record one time.
Total independent clicking count—The total counts of all the hyperlinks had been clicked by the recipients.

Click "Check" to check out who have clicked this hyperlink in your mail content.

Export Mail Address
Export all of the mail address as text file to your computer.

Export Data
You can export all of the data as a text file to your computer.

Mail content preview area
All of the hyperlinks would be signed in the mail content,there will display the total clicking counts of the hyperlink when you moving your mouse to some hyperlink.
